CYLINDRICAL PASS-THROUGH INDUCTORS

Applied for heating cylindrical billets and bars in one row.

Maximum heating temperature – 1300 °C.

Lifetime of the heat insulation from the ceramic inserts (except when in contact with the billet) is 500-2000 hours. It depends on the heating temperature and switching speeds.
Lifetime of the cooled guide ways is 500-3000 hours (depends on the working temperature, output capacity and the condition of the contact surface of the billet).

THE INDUCTORS ARE EQUIPPED WITH:

centerfeed cooling system
side face of the inductor is protected by copper sheet
System protecting induction coil from overheating
Heat insulation from ceramic inserts or concrete
Cooled guide ways
