The produced induction heaters models of IH series allow to fulfil the heating of billets of diameter 12...120 mm.
The range of applied current frequency is 500...10 000 Hz.
The range of power is 100...800 kW.

The induction heaters are assembled as an automatic line equipped with the programmable control system.

The induction heaters are equipped with:

- device for feeding billets into the inductor
- system of billets welding proof
- system of heating temperature control
- system of heating time control
- system of thermostating
- system of proof of the inductor coils from overheating
- system of emergency proof during the unattended operation
- system of constant strain support
