      Hot wedge rolling machines    
             
        PURPOSE    
             
        The hot wedge rolling machines are intended to make products with round section like shafts, pre-forms for forging. The machines make it possible to manufacture products with diameter up to 120 mm and length up to 800 mm.    
           
             
        MODELS    
             
        The machines are supplied with induction heaters and automatic billet feed systems, which enables the machine to work in automatic mode (SP-IH type) and singly (SP type)

The machine design allows us to make various integration.
- Hydraulics - made in Germany, USA, France, Italy, Russia.
- Pneumatics - made in Germany, Italy, Russia.
- Electric equipment - made in Germany, USA, Japan, Russia.
- Driving controllers - made in Japan, Germany.
- Induction heaters - made in Italy, Spain, Germany, Russia, Belarus.

Another choice of integration preferred by customer is also possible. 		   
             
        ENGINEERING WORKS    
             
        The supply service of the machines and tools includes:
- engineering setup and acceptance checkout of the machine at customer's enterprise;
- Personnel training. How to operate the machine.
- Personnel training. How to adjust the wedge-shaped tool.
- Hand out of the tool's drawings.
- Hand out of machine operating manual.
- Personnel training. How to design the wedge - shaped tool (under extra agreement). 		   
             
        GUARANTEE    
             
        We give one year guarantee for the equipment. We supply spare parts and wedge-shaped tools during 7 years.    
             
        MAINTENANCE SERVICE    
             
        We provide maintenance service of equipment during its service live. (under extra agreement).
